CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late Policy: If you are running late please contact me, as there is a grace period of 15 minutes. Any longer than 15 minutes, you are considered a No-Show and your appointment will be cancelled. You may cancel or reschedule no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Appointments may only be rescheduled once, before requiring a new scheduling and deposit. No-shows and Same-day Cancellations will be charged a Cancellation Fee. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations will incur a fee of 40% of the service cost.
